The attached PowerPoint slides summarise my presentation at Intranets 2011. As the title suggests, my thesis was that successful intranet projects depend on good change management. I discussed why intranet projects fail so frequently and what that costs. And I described eight practical aspects of change management that can help to avoid those failures.
